Fathers

Fathers sometimes get a bad rap. Sometimes they tend to be not quite as "mothering" as a mother is.... or efficient in how well they can match clothes and do little girl's hair just to name a few. They are different from moms.. you know why because they are DADS. This is one of my favorite Mormon channel videos about Fathers. It shows just how hard they work while we are home dealing with all the kids.

Preside in the home

Fathers are meant to preside over the family in love and righteousness, how can they do this... take care of their families spiritually and physically needs. President Ezra Taft Benson said "God established that fathers are to preside in the home. Fathers are to provide Love, Teaching and Protection." I think the first way he can do this is being a good example to his children because it is true they will learn by his example and being a real PARTNER in the marriage and family life. 

Also to be PRESENT in his family and children's life.

Provide for their family physical needs.
